We act as Contract Engineer, taking responsibility for coordinating project delivery and providing control over schedule, budget and quality. We support investor teams and reduce the risk of errors that can lead to delays, rework or increased costs.

We define the project scope, technical requirements and required resources.
Planning and Organization
We establish the project structure and schedule. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined for each team member in line with the project plan, avoiding organizational gaps and duplication of work.
Delivery Coordination
We coordinate communication between contractors, equipment and software suppliers, and the investor.
Control and Supervision
We monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements. We also coordinate the timely delivery of required equipment and services.
