BCA Engineering Group at Data Centre World Frankfurt 2026
This year's edition of Data Centre World Frankfurt clearly demonstrated that artificial intelligence is no longer just one of the industry's emerging trends – it is increasingly becoming the key factor shaping the design and construction of data center infrastructure.
Many new facilities are now being designed specifically to support large GPU clusters and high-density computing environments. As computing capacity continues to increase, so do the requirements for cooling systems, with liquid cooling rapidly becoming the standard solution. At the same time, testing, configuration, and commissioning complex infrastructure systems are becoming increasingly important. It is during the integration and validation stages that a facility's readiness to operate under real workloads is confirmed.
The second dominant topic throughout the event was energy. Discussions focused not only on grid capacity and power availability, but also on long-term energy strategies for future developments. Increasing attention is being given to on-site power generation and solutions that improve the energy independence of data center facilities.
